The Hayden Interest List is now open. Register to establish your purchase priority. Priority to purchase is based on when you join the list crossed referenced with the criteria that you meet. All fields are mandatory except Prospective Buyer #2.

Neither the priority criteria under the Homeownership Opportunity Program (HOP), nor being added to the interest list for Hayden, shall create a contractual obligation to buy or sell any property on the part of either KB or a prospective buyer, nor any guarantee of an opportunity to purchase, qualification under the HOP, or qualification for a loan. KB shall not be obligated to sell any property unless and until a mutually acceptable Sale Contract is fully executed by KB and a qualified prospective buyer. If a Sale Contract is not completed on terms and conditions approved by Seller and a qualified prospective buyer, in their sole and absolute discretion, neither the qualified prospective buyer nor KB shall have any further obligation to each other. Prospective buyers are not under any circumstances guaranteed the opportunity to purchase a CPU unit, nor any particular price and terms, until a mutually acceptable Sale Contract is fully executed by KB and the qualified prospective buyer. In addition, KB will have no obligation to communicate with any prospective buyer that does not have an opportunity to purchase a CPU unit.
