It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and there’s no better place to get out and celebrate the holidays than in and around Playa Vista.

Kicking things off with our annual Holiday Hangout at The Resort on December 2^nd, we then have an entire month full of festivities coming your way. Check out all the upcoming events for December below.

Fill your Saturday with holiday fun! We’re excited to welcome you to our annual Holiday Hangout at the Resort, hosted in part by the Fineman Suarez Team. Get ready to enjoy gourmet food trucks, a winter craft area, DJ, photo ops, cookie decorating and holiday activities – with a special appearance by the Tinseltone Carolers to spread holiday cheer!

Yoga for a Cause
Saturday, December 9th
The Lawn
9am – 10am
Find your Zen and get energized with Yoga in the Park while supporting a worthy cause. During yoga, donate in support of Culver Palms Meals on Wheels. All proceeds will help provide nutritious meals to homebound seniors living in or around our community. Don’t forget to bring your yoga mat and water!

2017 Marina del Rey Snow Wonder & Boat Parade
Saturday, December 9th
Burton Chace Park in Marina del Rey
12pm – 8pm
Celebrate the season at Burton Chace Park in Marina del Rey. Stop by with the kids from 12pm to 6pm for Snow Wonder – a winter wonderland with real snow, sledding, arts & crafts, face painting, a live DJ, food trucks and more. Then, at 5:55pm, a fireworks show will kick off the 55^th annual Marina del Rey Holiday Boat Parade.

LAPD Pacific Division Toy Drive
Saturday, December 9th
LAPD Pacific Division Station
10am – 3pm
The LAPD will be hosting its annual toy giveaway for children in need. Children and families will get the opportunity to meet and take a photo with Santa, enjoy drinks and snacks and receive a toy! To help support this worthy cause, please donate a new, unwrapped toy at one of the collection bins found at The CenterPointe Club or The Resort by Wednesday, December 6th. 

LAPD’s Santa’s Sleigh
Wednesday, December 13th
The Lawn
5:30pm – 7pm
Say hello to Santa! He’s riding in on the LAPD sleigh, so stop by The Lawn on Millennium Drive to take part in all the fun and don’t forget your camera! Please note, the sleigh will be canceled if there’s rain.
