Playa Capital is excited to announce that the Seabluff Flats project has been sold to The New Home Company – a highly regarded publicly traded homebuilder based out of Orange County. Playa Capital has recently completed the grading of the site and it is anticipated that the actual construction will start around mid-December. If all goes as planned, the Seabluff Flats residents will be moving in around fall of 2018.
