Hey, neighbors! The Playa Vista area continues to grow with Sony Santa Monica’s move to The Reserve, the 20-acre creative campus on Jefferson Boulevard that already houses tech and media giants, including Microsoft and TMZ as well as ad agency Team One.

Jefferson Boulevard, which is occasionally referred to “ad agency row,” is also home to major ad agencies including Deutsch LA, TBWAChiatDay and Zimmerman Advertising.
