The Playa Vista Neighborhood Meetups are this weekend so it’s time to get down to the details. Stop by to meet our six new home collections from four premier homebuilders, Brookfield Residential, KB Home, TRI Pointe Homes and Los Angeles Jewish Home, with the beauty of Concert Park as the backdrop.  You can check out preliminary floorplans, renderings and general starting pricing and talk to the homebuilders about their design philosophy, the interior appointments available in each home and general timing for model completion and the beginning of sales. Plus, we’ll have food to curb your appetite, live entertainment and more!

What should I expect?

We suggest starting your day at the Playa Vista Welcome Hub where you can get general information about the community and some fun giveaways too. Although we love dogs at Playa Vista, we do ask that you please keep your pups at home or around the perimeter of this event.

From there, you can:

• Meet the 6 new neighborhoods.
• Curb your appetite with some of our local favorites:
  • Carmela Ice Cream
  • Street Taco Stand
  • Herbert’s Lemonade

• Be playful in the kid’s zone– fun is in store for the little ones too.  Plenty of ways for them to get creative in a hub of activity.
• Enjoy live entertainment – cool acoustical jams by one of our local faves.

What should I bring?

Just bring yourself and your family members. We’ll do the rest! It will feel like an outdoor garden party so you can relax in the park for a while too.

How do I get there?

Coming from the South:  Continue north on Lincoln Blvd., just passed LMU, and make a right onto Bluff Creek Drive.  Continue on Bluff Creek Drive, following the signs to the designated parking areas.

Coming from the South via 405 Fwy:  Take the 405 to the 105 West (towards LAX), exit Sepulveda North. Continue on Sepulveda and merge left for Lincoln Blvd., Continue on Lincoln just passed LMU, and make a right onto Bluff Creek Drive.  Continue on Bluff Creek Drive and following the signs to the designated parking area.

Coming from the North:  Continue south on Lincoln Blvd., just passed Jefferson Blvd and make a left onto Bluff Creek Drive.  Continue on Bluff Creek Drive and following the signs to the designated parking area.

Alt. Route: Continue south on Lincoln Blvd., make a left onto Jefferson Blvd. Make a right on Concert Park Drive and then an immediate left onto Runway Road. Make a right on Dawn Creek and then follow the signs to the designated parking area.

Coming from the North via 405 Fwy:  Take the 405 south, and exit Jefferson Blvd.  Make a right onto Jefferson.  Make a left on Concert Park Drive and then an immediate left onto Runway Road. Make a right on Dawn Creek and then follow the signs to the designated parking area.

Where should I park?


Playa Vista is a walkable community so we encourage all of our neighbors to leave their cars behind and take a stroll over to Concert Park.

Special event parking will be available on Bluff Creek Drive, south east of Concert Park.  The Playa Vista Beach Shuttle will be there to help get you to the event in Concert Park.
